1. Collect Bottles.
We partner with local recycling centers to collect plastic bottles. Connect with us to learn more about getting involved!
2. Clean & Cut.
Labels are removed, bottles are cleansed, & ribbons of plastic are automatically cut & pulled into an extruder.
3. Package.
Out from the extruder, the filament is then rolled onto a spool, & packaged. Our 100% recycled PET is ready for print!
